Welcome to Sela. By downloading or using the Sela mobile application (“App”), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

The App

Sela provides Bible reading, scrolling, and study tools for personal use. Features may change as we improve the App.

Accounts & access

Some features may require an account or device permissions. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for activity under your account.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Misuse the App or attempt to disrupt its operation
• Copy, reverse engineer, or redistribute the App except as allowed by law
• Use the App for any unlawful purpose

Content

Scripture text and study materials in the App may be subject to third-party licenses or copyrights. You may use them for personal study as permitted by those rights holders and applicable law.

Disclaimer

The App is provided “as is.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sela and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data or profits, arising from your use of the App.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes means you accept the updated Terms. The “Last updated” date at the top will change when we revise this page.
